@Blackgymmax was always right in his posts whenever he said that you need to be running like 1g+ of gear per week for like 1.5-2 years to even get somewhatclose to his physique, I really used to think he was trolling or some shit as I used to believe that 500 would do the deal but now I have literally realised that 500 alone won't really do shit if you have avg genes and you need way way more , it's over for mpmd cels who believe doing 250 mg of trt dose will make them jacked af JFL
Will up the dose to 600 and then to 750
500 is literally babyfood ,also you need to be eating so so much to gain muscle ,body recomp is a joke don't fall for it

I will do chest on Monday and I'm pretty sure the numbers will change coz I'm eating like 5000 calories as of now with 250+ g of protein

Same with me i eat like 5-6k calories a day currently on 50mg of s4 20mg
Mk677 and 25mg ostarine in the gym i saw some dude i now and he was saying how big i got and asked for advice jfl i am only 81 kg

Not a lot i feel ashamed of it tbh but i am making great progress first time in the gym i could not even bench the bar of 20kg i bench now 90kg

Yes I'm gaining weight but it's not close to what it was when I was around 5-6 weeks into my cycle
I used to feel amazing mentally too but it literally feels normal as of now

And trying to recomp and very lean bulk. the bodybuilders were right - eat big to get big

once you get past a certain weight you’ll realise how much you need to eat to keep gaining weight and how many dyels there are eating barely anything with the goal of muh lean bulk or muh maingain.

Yeah the bloat is annoying , currently dealing with it. I’m taking off dating till September so I’m just going to accep subhumanity until I go back to TRT + cut

I've said this many times, most people don't respond overwhelmingly to testosterone alone, if you don't have a good base + hyper-respond you will literally never look big unless you run harsher compounds that have a high chance of fucking up your collagen and hairline.

Funny but I was actually blackpilled about this on reddit, guys told me MPMD etc. only recommend that because their TRT clinics or affiliated clinics etc. can prescribe 300mg per week MAX.

So, it makes a lot of sense.

I don't see running anything between 150mg (TRT) and 500mg (blast start) tbh. Shit is no man's land. You are shut down and not getting the full muscle building benefits of 500mg.

anything that turbo shuts you down, tren, deca.

and even then I know plenty of people who barely look like they've ever set foot in a gym on those.

I heard primo and var have collagen benefits, even tho primo can erase the hairline; but var is hairsafe?

Hmmm I agree but guys are also running low doses and not eating. You need to eat like a fucking horse and run probs 700+ for 3-4+ cycles. 2 years give or take on gear + for average guys

Problem is guys cope with 250-400 and gain 1lb a month. there was a guy on this fourm who only gained like 5lbs on a cycle cause he didn’t eat enough

some people have shedding on var but not a lot, also deca is relatively hair safe UNLESS you use finasteride, in which case it rapes your hairline due to a weird interaction, which is funny.

This is very true! The problem to is with average genes you NEED to stay on a high dose of test for a long time and run all the cray compounds... then most likely it screws up your hair and skin. For the vast majority of average genetics people, do a bulk for a couple years when you're young then just focus on staying lean and healthy?

Real life standards you can absolutely get big and lean on test alone.

nandrolone converts to 5α-dihydronandrolone, which is much less androgenic than testosterone. nandrolone itself is more androgenic than testosterone, so when blocking 5α-reductase the nandrolone acts on androgensensitive tissue instead of the dihydronandrolone causing hairloss & prostate issues.
 
You’re probably running some retarded workout program because I went from a 160 bench to 225 in 5 weeks on 300mg Test, post your routine OP because you should be growing like a weed on 500mg. Inb4 u only life 3 days a week, should be 6 minimum if you’re on roids
