Heard a lot of people here claim it’s the best Looksmaxing food of all time. I’m probably going to eat it twice a week (chicken liver). Is this stuff legit?!

Liver is a great looksmaxing food, its usually not that expensive either because nobody likes to eat it.

However finding liver in a shop is hard because their is usually low demand for it.

I eat lamb liver every day. It tastes disgusting ngl but I add some mustard to make it less nasty.

Yes jfl if you don’t eat at least 2 slices of raw liver a day . 1 pound of raw liver a day and you will be getting 10x more nutrients then litterly anyone else and you will never need to supplement anything
