I buy an entire quality lamb liver every 2-4 weeks. It's like 600 grams so I eat 300grams of liver 2 days in a row for dinner. Tastes great, don't overcook it or it gets too hard, it's more tasty when it's still a bit bloody/juicy inside. Only use salt and pepper for seasoning really.

Also if you make bolognese/pasta sauce, throw in minced chicken liver (food processor) with your minced meat. Adds to the flavour and makes it healthier aswell.

Livermaxing is legit for healthy diet.

Nah not really, since most people are actually not well fed on retinol they can eat it more often
And the only times where people experienced vit a toxicity were from supplements or from polar bear/seal livers which accumulate radioactive caesium which well is toxic for our bodies lol
