I was considering fillers. I was recommended in total

0,5ml on each malar
1,5 or 2ml on each side of the jaw
1ml for the chin

Still wondering if I should go for it or not

It’s not a lot of filler, and the less you use then the less migration you get due to better area-volume ratio. If that’s all you need then it’s probably worth it as an implant of the same volume would not even be worth the hassle and expense.
