LL-37 Has anyone tried it for acne?

Obviously, i know that accutane and dutasteride mogs for acne. But im curious, has anyone used LL-37 to help heal their skin and get rid of acne?

Sems decent for anti ageing but it seems likely the accute skin improvements are very modest if anything at all
