my curiosity was ignited by this thread:
so basically you can no longer wear solid lifts? especially at the start of the recovery as you are developing the walking method like a toddler.
even when you've mastered the way you walk once again, it is not recommended to wear for example: true 5cm shoe-lifts nor higher elevator shoes
exception is: you can wear those as rarely as possible which defeats the purpose of wearing those in the first place
therefore that means if you're to get the LL you have to keep in mind that the gained growth has to be subtracted by the additional height from your current lifts or whatever you fraud with.. kinda disappointing
