loading phase for dut or nah?

Been on fin for a month, 0 sides. I'm hopping on dut today, do I start with like 0,25mg for a week or so or just insta 0,5mg? is anything necessary
 
Load up to reach a steady-state concentration faster. I took 20 mg for a week before reverting to 5mg
