How do ppl have the motivation to lock in. The hardest part is sleeping early. It seems nearly impossible to sleep early bc I simply don't feel tired. And I can wake up early and still not be able to sleep. Also what's the healthiest time to wake up? And what am I supposed to do during those morning hours bc I usually sit and do nothing. It seems like my days just go to waste and then I crashout bc I see no point

Only time I couldn’t sleep was when I was rotting.

Go workout with cardio 2 hours before bed.

You just gotta go sleep earlier and earlier in small increments like 15-30 minutes, you probably know to stay off your phone and all that shit, so just fucking do it.

You dont know what to do in the morning? Learn something, get a hobby, go outside go workout, anything

I do do cardio daily mostly before bed but i think it's a mental aspect as well bc when I try to fall asleep when I'm not naturally dozing off I think about my miserable life and it makes it impossible and I try to not rot during the day too but it's hard when I don't have friends to do things with that I'd like to do like going swimming for hours or walking or just talking

Got to make a routine and follow it. Instead of thinking there's no point to doing nothing, find things to fill in your time
 
there is no "lock in" only jerking off,ldar and watching hamza videos bud.

Clearly u didn't read shit I workout daily +cardio and I'm the lazy one? A workout doesn't last 14 hours u retard
