Even transplants aren't permanent with MPB, once finasteride starts to lose effectiveness it will look worse when the natural progression of the hair loss happens. You'll have some hair on your temples but anything above your temples starts to lose more hair.

Hair transplants work by taking healthy hair follicles from other parts of your head you don't have enough hair follicles to fully cover your head if you're balding. If you get a transplant you have to pray you don't fully bald. Look at David Beckham he is clearly balding and he has all the money in the world yet he can't stop the norwood reaper.
