As a kid I had braces but only because of ONE single tooth.
My mom listened to these greedy bastards who wanted to give me braces (top and bottom) because of one tooth. Fucking lol and here I am today and got my permanent retainers (which I got after braces) renewed for 200 usd. I just realized how I got cucked JFL

You are going to regret it boyo, the chances of relapse are huge, especially the first month, if you really want to remove it, wait at least 1 year, and be sure to have a perfect oral posture.

Relapse does not imply that only your bad tooth will move back to the older position, all your teeth may move in a wrong way

You don’t understand dude. My braces got out 7-8 years ago. I had permanent retainers since then. I just got them renewed because the retainer was broken on one side

Sorry by "loose" i meant the ones you can take out and only should wear while sleeping vs fixed braces with brackets (and possibly Gummybands)

You mean Invisalign? Nah I had legit fixed braces but wasn’t given bands at all
I also have permanent retainers behind front 6~ teeth on top and bottom arch. Broken on the top right and bottom left. Haven’t bothered to get them fixed tbh

I've had retainers for 6 months now and braces fixed my teeth and shifted. My forward growth isn't ideal but it is close. Maybe I was luck I don't know.
