I had high hopes for phenibut after reading lots of good reviews, but it doesn't seem to do anything to me.
Even at like 1.5 grams. (tried mindmuscle and bioeva brands)

However, i've since learnt you should take it on an empty stomach, but what if you want it for some low-inhibtion-ness in the evening? Do I have to not eat all day and then take it?
