These guys have no clue bimax even exists. They just see a recessed chin, and trust that the surgeon (((Eppley))) will tell them honestly the best option to fix their face. If Eppley enlightens people about bimax, he loses money, since his entire business model is based on custom implants over osteotomies.

You would think being a rich surgeon, you'd just wanna help guys more than steal as much money as possible, at the patients expense. There comes a point when your rich enough, so helping people should be more important and satisfying to you.

Eppley has been hit and miss with his zygo implants. I would never get a jaw implant with him though, if your jaw needs fixing its either recessed, or forward grown but narrow.

If recessed get bimax, not implants.

If narrow get chin wing, not implants.

Recessed and narrow, get bimax first then jaw angle implants for the ramus only.
