Andreishev does it for 5k, so I assume he lives in a country poorer than Russia

Here local is Estonia. The famous surgeon is in Germany.

I don't know why is it so "cheap" here.

But I know a maxilla and a scalpel - is a maxilla and a scalpel even on the Mars.
