long acting hgh (somatrogon) question

ive been looking for a long acting hgh since im 16 and cant pin every day with substances that need to be kept inna fridge. somatrogon sounds promising but i cant really find a good dose and source. the internet says 0,66mg/kg so for me 65kg thats like 43mg weekly. how much is that in iu? its kind of weird because i would be using 3/4 of a 250$ pen (indiamart price) WEEKLY! thats a 1000$ monthly for that shit. is this price really how this pen costs or am i tweaking.
also what other long acting hgh pens are there or other things that can help me boost my igf-1 that i either pin everyday but they need to be kept not in a fridge or less frequently that need to be kept in the fridge.

im planning to heightmaxx i don’t expect hgh to change my bones . also everytime i do research i end up on indiamart. and saw a guy saying he is pinning 46iu weekly with somatrogon but its only in mg thats why im asking how does mg convert to iu

If u don't know how to convert mg to IU, u shouldn't be using GH in the first place
