1 year gains but a lot of it wouldve been muscle memory cus i lifted when i was 16-18 then stopped

Honestly eating at maintainance calories or a very slight caloric deficit is the best way to go. Youll stay lean (priority) while putting on muscle slowly.

I was doing a ppl split, as long as you hit each muscle group atnleast twice a week your gucci

I eat very clean, rarely any processed food.
In terms of macros idc as long as i get enough protein, carbs and fats dont really matter.
