long philtrum 2cm bullhorn

I have a very long philtrum. I think if I had a short one, I'd be much more handsome. The two photos show how much the perception of my face changes with my nose and philtrum closed.Should I get a bullhorn or other(what do you think) surgery? What's my current rating?
