Edit: I meant to add this before but it's like 4 in the morning and I forgot, the reason it looks so terrible is because I tried to make his philtrum, lip size, and lip shape match mine (yes I know it's terrible) I was just showing how brutal it can get.

a lip lift makes sense. But do you have enough skin under you lower lip. A lip lift will not only make you upper lip bigger, it'll also tuck the lower lip inwards making it appear smaller.

On every single guide I have checked it's always lip lift, volufine, Vaseline, brushing lips, etc, there is a pretty good lipmaxxing guide right here though.

i think that's an L you must be willing to take. If your philtrum ratio is cucking you hard, then fixing that will be an overall plus
