Hi, I am an old looksmaxxer tbh I am 8 days away from my 20th birthday and I feel I have a lot of room for improvement I am:

South Indian (Telugu, malayali mix)

I am a vegetarian and for the past year I have been eating meat and at the start it was DISGUSTING but i slowly ate and ate breathing through my mouth to avoid the taste and drinking it with Coke Zero

I believe taking acutane stunted my growth I took from 14-17 I am 184.7 cm without shoes my father is 195 cm, my 14 year old brother is the same hight as me (meat eater as he was younger when we moved to the west from India)

You can get protein from plants as all living organisms are made out of protein. Plant protein is ideal for looksmaxxing because the goal is not to be a bodybuilder. I plan on making a thread about this in the future.

Also that 25 grams an hour is definitely a gymbro thing.
