you can feed in the data from your video camera into tiktok,

use a filter,

then feed that filtered version into the app you're looking for

not sure if it works with face time (just google if you can choose an other input channel than your video camera) (it works for zoom for example)

but then again, this won't really give you much, irl is all that matters
