As I mentioned his skull is top 3-5% for bald look and norwooding still descended him hard. Now image the other 95% of men with suboptimal skull shape. Theyre basically invisible and inexistent.

Its most likely not ideal for ht, already too big area lost, that cant be fully covered with decent density. Donor area is usually not good enough to cover this whole area on the crown.
