Every time I start cutting down I hit this phase where I start looking sickly, it's not even that I'm losing tons of weight it's just a steady cut, caloric restriction with some cardio. I legit look worse when I'm doing that, so I start eating normally again.
Does this mean I'm just not suited for low bodyfat? Or is it that I don't cut properly?
I'm thinking of cutting hard and down to a very low bf% while in this quarantine bullshit, but I also don't wanna stunt my growth and not end up looking better by the end of it.
