Looking down makes my skin look shit

I‘m being somewhere, putting my phone out, seeing myself in the phonescreen or in the selfie camera (looking down) and I think ‚oh my god, my skin, I look like shit and so old‘ and I just want to go home and cry.
Then I look up and make a selfie and my skin looks very good.
This sucks.
If I look down I see nasolabial folds, shitty under eye skin, and brutal uneven skin.

Don‘t think it‘s BDD. It started 2 years ago after a dramatic dead in my family, I cried for months and had brutal stress. After that I looked like I aged 20 years, like a zombie on drugs. Since then I‘m so focused on my skin/face, even if I look now young again.

Lay down, with your face up, all the weight in your face will go in the opposite direction and your skin will stretch and look tight, it's like getting a face lift and you will look younger, if you do the opposite your skin will sag and you will look ugly and older.

Depends on your age, the condition of your skin and how much facial fat you have. The older you get however, the worse you will look when looking down.

Obviously, good facial bones, tight skin and no facial fat can make a selfie when looking down not very different than a normal one.
