looking down on monitor/screens can harm the face?

this is an actual question because i've noticed that the angle I look down to use my computer is really weird because my table is shorter than usual,I'm thinking about getting a new table to hold my monitor on a better angle so i can look at the screen without tilting my head down but i started thinking,can just looking down all day harm the face?
