Looking for a job on indeed in a nutshell (it’s like the dating market)

job searching on indeed is genuinely a fucking joke. The only jobs that are actually actively hiring are the terrible warehousing jobs that want you doing overnight shifts, shitty sales jobs that are basically just mlms/Ponzi schemes (you won’t make any money), some shitty entry level job that requires 8 years of experience and degrees, or if ur lucky maybe you can get hired at McDonald’s dishwashing position for $10 a hour (if you have professional dishwashing experience)

The rest are just ghost jobs which are just there to waste your time, make you do humiliation rituals (Jfl these niggas wanted me to go to a hiring event which is basically just a bunch of normies jestermaxxng for a job), make you drive 30 minutes for a interview just to tell you their not hiring, or make you do “projects” (free labor)
Job market is basically turning into dating market. These employers are getting hypergamous af lmaoo. In fact I think I have more success with women than I do with getting a actually good job

And what sucks is it will only get worse. Hiring managers job relies on only hiring the best they can possibly get. If they get bad employees they get fired also and then they’re out looking for a job and the cycle begins. If they are desperate to hire you and you don’t have 18 different degrees and 20 years of experience it usually means the job is high turnover and they just need to overfill on employees. But ull regret working there after a week

I don't think so...

Ai is just a front companies use. In reality the reason layoffs happen is cause they want to hire immigrants from India so they can pay them $5 a hour while they’re happy. Which is why practically all entry level jobs are both dead and are full of Indians. Ai is something to worry about in the future but that’s not the main competition
