Mtn (niggas saying htn are retarded ill tell you why) lips on smaller side, bad nose, trash colouring (meaning ur eye/hair colour/skin colour) on the side picture your ramus doesnt look really good and your eyes are kilometers away from your jaw it looks really weird the nose is smoothly going down meaning slight hawk (tuah) nose, chin lil to small and more projection would be good. Also could be leaner. All this make you mid-high Mtn (htn in 3rd world country and chadlite in the slums of mumbai)
