Ive got decent short face syndrome caused mainly by and underdeveloped chin area so unless i permajutt i look subhuman. Is there a way for the surgeon to replicate my frauded look. shld i get bimax or js get a sliding genio if my bite and maxilla are fine.
Also, can a rhino and orbital rim implant be done in the same procedure or do i gotta wait for a bit.
