I'm genuinely looking for some advice on what supplements to take or what activities to do for me to improve myself and my looks; any piece of information I'd appreciate it.
So far I've been doing maasai jumps and sprints to improve my height (5'8), I also work out, yet, I'm still not certain if I should work out or do calisthenics. Should I work out more than 3 times a week or less?, I've been trying the Reeves deadlift to make my frame wider.
