Looking for advice to start

I'm genuinely looking for some advice on what supplements to take or what activities to do for me to improve myself and my looks; any piece of information I'd appreciate it. :)

So far I've been doing maasai jumps and sprints to improve my height (5'8), I also work out, yet, I'm still not certain if I should work out or do calisthenics. Should I work out more than 3 times a week or less?, I've been trying the Reeves deadlift to make my frame wider.

maasai is cope, their arms are long, if it was legit their proportions would be wonky

Do a martial art, walk, go in nature, make friends, eat good. Read books. Study well. That’s it

Just look it up in best of best. Most of it is going to be complete cope, but some fundamentals can be sought from it. Like a rare flower, some decent guides are actually superb. Stuff that you can control and are small changes which gradually make you improve overall.
