Looking for an app

I was once reading on a polish forum about an app that rates yo looks. You take pictures, upload them, and people give you ratings (I believe it was overall ratings, there weren't different categories, but I do not remember). One interesting feature is that it showed how were you rated by people from different countries. So for example you could be 8/10 in Brazil but 5/10 in Sweden.

Anybody knows the name of the app/website? (I believe it was phone app). Google doesn't help me.
