Looking for an Honest Critique/List of procedures needed to fix my face

Was wondering who could help out and who I should PM for a detailed analysis of my face and who is has the knowledge to recommend the right procedures for me. I have an online appointment with my doctor on Monday and I want to be prepared to tell him what I need to get done. Feel free to let me know if I can PM. Hoping to get whatever surgeries I need in the next 4-5 months.

And as an extra, if anyone could also morph my face, I'd also appreciate that.
