Team, I am trying lock in for the new year, what should I focus on?

Literally never cared about skin, hair or whatever for my entire life until now

I know my skin is bad, I bought some acne products and am working on that. I should probably get a rhinoplasty and grow out my hair to style also. Tell me what else I can work on as well as my strong points if any, thank you

Or am I too cooked to even try to looksmax idk you tell me

Acne definitely one of your biggest falios, I’d suggest using Tretinoin .5% and working up from their to .1% every other day; helps a lot; also you might need to lose some weight so you could do that with a cut or you could make it easier with Reta
