Looking for help on what to improve, new to looks maxing just lost 15kg and want to keep improving

Would love to know what I could improve, I’m 6 foot and kinda want shorter hair but I do have a large head and fat forehead so don’t know if I should keep the length or not. Also want to cut some more and try and put more muscle on but let me know what to do thanks :)
