well ig you can. Its one of those things where from common sense you think its not allowed but no one regulates it so you can do that easily. Anyways it's not hard to get crypto from online exchangers though if you have a debit card
Not to mention theres bitcoin ATMs but they have ridiculous fees so I'd avoid them, but if thats your only way then you would use that
