For haircuts you can try a mod cut or just growing it out and seeing what length best suites you

For haircuts always tell your barber to 1-2 less cm to take then if you would’ve wanted too to see how you look and if you need more cut off (if you wanted 4 cm off ask for 2-3 cm instead )

Probably like clay or pomade and maybe sea salt spray. Texture powder is good too but honestly texture powder stops working after like a blow from a wind so it’s it’s not that good

Also based isn’t that good just get whatever company products is accessible to you. Just make sure to wash your hair everyday. Also I’d say your hair needs to be a little bit shorter
