Looking for potential improvements please

Long time lurker, some of my photos were already stolen from my Insta some time ago on lookism jfl so I may as well post more here. Probably not a whole lot I can do to take my face up further (not saying I'm a maxed out psl10, but that I'm stuck where I am without some heavy surgery). My body could probably use the most improvement, at the moment I'm working on a tan (except my face because ageing). Obviously more mass all round but I think my core and back need the most work and maybe my chest? Cheers for the help lads and apologies for photo quality, some of them are just candids where I've had to crop me out from people next to me and I'm too aspie to care about buying a brand new phone.

Okay thank you, I actually got a haircut this week as we are heading into Summer here so hopefully that helps. Last time I was 180 (~5'11) barefoot, maybe a bit taller in morning and when I stand up properly, currently working on my posture.

bro you're reading into it too much lol, you're good looking.

idk if there's anything drastic you can do tbh, you should focus on maintaining your looks & improving/ maintaining your physique. Eat healthy, buy some tretinoin & incorporate it into your skincare & you'll be aight.

Unless you're a manlet you should be fine. Just gain some more muscle maybe, you're quite skinny.

Oh lol fuck, right, gotcha, thanks. Yeah was wanting to gain about 5kg hopefully. I was a lot bigger back in HS, although a lot was on my legs so it looked shit then I became a skinny heroincel jfl but we getting healthy again. My skin is a bit better than some of these pics ever since I avoided all face wash shit other than a splash of water but I'll look into trentonin as I still have very tiny, shallow acne scars from my early teens plus don't want to get wrinkles ofc.

Just average height unfortunately, been wearing boots when going out though to push to like 6'1 lol. Agree with too skinny, will try to put on weight, thanks man. I have this naturally tiny waist/hips which are cool for the illusion of looking bigger at low weights but I feel it's almost too small at 27", maybe some oblique work?

arms, shoulders and lats should be your top priority
shoulders and lats will increase your shoulder width and you need big and toned arms to look good in a t-shirt

Your body needs energy to recomp, if that energy isn't stored in excess fat on your body you need to eat more than you burn to build that muscle. This is basic science.

If you want surgery advice post more close up pictures as well as a picture of your profile... to be honest I wouldn't mess with your face at all unless you have like sleep apnea or functional issues, it already looks good enough with a great jaw/chin and eye area you just need to work on your body.

27'' inches is around the ideal waist size tbh, as long as you have the shoulders to pull it off. A 20'' bideltoid would look great, I say this because my waist is 26.5-27.5'' depending on my weight. Your bideltoid looks 18-19'' rn, and a bit of muscle would make you look big in clothes.

Wouldn't say oblique work would give you a much bigger waist, a half inch at most. At higher BF% your waist would look worse because of oblique work, but when at lower BFs, it looks way better because of the tapering effect it provides. By all means tho, train your obliques.

Nah not Scandinavian, I’ve never heard that comparison before but sort of see it. Yeah I probably wouldn’t do surgery, maybe my nose as it is slightly fucked from fighting.

My bideltoid is just over 20”, I think it has grown slightly over the last year but not sure if that’s possible (I’m in my early 20s), when I was younger and in the gym my delts responded well so hopefully I can get them bigger. Thanks mate

Thanks for reminding me actually. I often notice because my jaw is reasonably wide my neck looks shit and need to train it. I trained it a few years ago only for a month or 2 and it got big easily so hopefully I can still do it. I think 16-17” would be about ideal for me

You should just keep on gymmaxxing. Having nice ab definition would be a huge halo for you. Outside of this you could try getting a following on somewhere like IG or tiktok, the status halo would be nice, and your quite good looking so you could potentially statusmaxx like this.

I dont think you need to tanmaxx, your skin colouring is good and you may end up looking like a twat if you tanmaxx.

Haha yeah, looks like that, I only have one mole which isn't noticeable. Those were pimples but I have fixed my skin up since then.
How do I get a social media following, at the moment I barely use it, plus I feel like I'd look like a try-hard wanker

Lmao low iq. Obviously if I train and put more effort into some parts they will grow. My legs used to be disproportionately big due to track so I stopped training after HS and they reduced
