I'm looking for a complete tip on sprintmaxxing. I've searched but no one on the forum talks about it. Well, I know that in practice it's literally sprinting, but how many kilometers per day? And at what pace? Should I do it in the HIIT style to increase my testosterone? My goal is to achieve high levels of testosterone

Start with a good warm up so you dont get injured. Then do about 10 sets of 30-70 meters but don't start sprinting at your 100% max. Just build it up and listen to your legs so you don't injure yourself

Do hiit sprints so 5-10 sets of 30 second max sprints followed by a minute walk cooldown then just cycle them. Warmup is important so do dynamic warmups and do slight jog beforehand

Stress yourself so your body increases self repairing hormones for like 1 hour at most, fair enough
