Looking for tips on looking better.

I am 14 I am trying to figure out how to get better skin, remove blackheads, figure out a good gym routine, increase testosterone, and any other tips I can get. The photo down below is me currently. I am also trying to make money fast, not from some sketchy shit I mean real money. I have already tried YouTube and found little success only making $150 I would like to continue YouTube but I’m not sure what to post anymore. I have also been looking to learn “ethical” hacking so I can figure something else out.
