just shave the bone and reshape the tip? the proof that it will be easy is that my morphs look good. The only problem would be if the nostrils were too big. And it is not. My nose type is one of the easiest to fix. And I'm going to do it with a top-notch surgeon.
I have seen big noses like mine be fixed.
