Lookism and racism in Retail

I recently got hired on the spot at Walmart, normally you have to come back for three interviews.

I got the best and easiest job in the entire store, despite not even applying for it: Toy Department Sales Associate. Wanna know why I got this job? Because everyone who works at Walmart is either ugly or autistic, and obviously uncomfortable for kids to interact with. She straight up told me at orientation that I seem friendly and that's why she hired me.

Literally all I have to do is help MILF's find toys for their kid, or listen to kids describe toys and help them find it. Also I can scalp collectible Hot Wheels right out of the back room. They sell for at least $30 each, and there is always at least one in every palette. Collectors will literally sit in the Toy department for hours waiting for them to restock the Hot Wheels.

They literally put all the ugly and autistic people out of sight from the customer. I saw so many mouth-breathers in the back rooms fucking around with boxes. Also they put black people at customer service because they know people are way less likely to try to finesse a black lady than a white lady. The immigrant with an accent in my orientation group stocks the dairy coolers

This is true dawg, my sister applied for a clothing store called Belks, and it was her and this other fucked up looking jamaican lady applying. My sister is generic dirty blonde white girl btw. The jamaican lady spoke for about 10 minutes and my sister spoke for about 1, according to her. My sister got the job as a cashier and is always put at the front of the store, while the ugly jamaican lady got NOTHING.

Not to mention the priceless things like getting daily iois. Women will get up close and personal with you if they like you. There is nothing like it. Even just one little thing can make your entire day. Chad gets multiple of these every day while bottom 80% men get NOTHING.

Not in the suburbs (think an upscale version of That 70s show) where I lived. But my father knew people from 'the old neighborhood' that were active in the mafia.
