No chewing gum needed

just place your teeth together and bite down harder and harder until failure, make sure and keep your teeth together do not open and close your mouth while biting down hard this will round out your face and not make it square. Also as you have your teeth together it should not feel like you are doing reps while biting down, it should just feel like one continous bite movement almost like you are molding your upper and lower teeth together, it is importent to get that part right because you won't get the desired look otherwise

Also another thing when you do my exercise, do not use your front teeth make sure you are biting down with the middle to back teeth, this is how you get the maculine look, the front teeth don't activate enough of the massater muscle

Do 15 - 20 sets of this and your jaw will be solid as a rock

repeat daily

I have seen, tried and tested every jaw exercise imaginable on the internet/google/youtube and 99% of them are complete dog shit waste of time.

Stick to my routine above and you have a killer jaw in no time

This guy had a problem with clamping down on his jaw due to stress and was going about the same routine as posted above (not intentionally obviously) but the retard decided to to get surgery to get rid of it

the back teeth bite predominantly activates temporalis muscle, while incisors bite activates more masseters.

I wouldn’t do this since you’ll just end up looking bloated and it wont have significant improvement or long term gains :feelswhy:

yea i also thought of that but op didnt say much about it but its basically clenching and moving your mouth imo might have to do with the bloated cheeks

Basically putting teeth together and clenching without doing reps almost the same mechanism as bruxism just don't grind teeth
 
Or clench on a t shirt masseters would grow but u don't know if they'll look good or not u might js look bloated because of the insertions

I know that nigger molars activate the temp muscles more than the front ones but I'll try doing it from the mid ones

but
clenching ur teeth will wear and maybe even chip them
you can get a better face later but it aint worth breaking teeth ever

please edit ur post to say use a towel when clenching or smth like that

Smh, it's a lookism thread, but if it's shitty, why the fuck are you reposting it, you clearly want to promote these ideas! Why would you use a fucking towel or just clench your teeth when there are better alternatives such as mastic gum, that have lower risks of damaging teeth and are better by 10000× times

What body fat are u should good zygos be stretching the skin and the masseters too
not completely my zygos and ogee curve are visible just not as prominent outwards as i would like still more than 99% of my school though. For my BF% i have a 6pack with indents and veins in bicep and forearms. whatever bf has that. My jaw used to be prettyboyish now their very masc but i still have other prettyboy features.

Good zygos are supposed to be forwardly and outwardly grown
