Looks aside how? Many of these stereotypes arise from looks, are based on looks, and influence attractiveness.
The "exotic and cultured" from Mediterranean countries is good.
Blacks have good ones but only if you fit that tall DOM BBC image that many imagine.
Arab stereotype is nowhere near as positive as the poll option.
Indians and Asians have negative stereotypes too, all related to looks.

blacks are the only race that gets laid cuz of their stereotypes (sometimes arabs too but only in third world countries like germqnd and sweden)
