Looks filtered population theory

Imagine when babies are born after 2 year they are checked for beauty standards and given a psl score. this check is done every 2 year to keep it refreshed.
then society would be divided by 10 divisions. 1-10 in terms of looks. each individual could only interact with their own psl division.
cities are separated for looks.
for example if in USA, all good looking 9 would go and live in LA and 1 would live in West virginia. all the media and movies are also looks related.
people who live in 5 cities would watch shows that only includes 5 psl people.

and all of them are controlled by one big government who made all psl divisions believe that all divisions looks the same. 1 people woudn't know they are ugly cuz they never seen people higher than 1.
now imagine one 1 psl makes his way to 9 psl cities for the first time in history. thats a Oscar winning plot right there boyo.
