I will be 48 in 2 days and I have been focusing on looks maxing for the last year (only I wasn’t calling it that.)
For me it was just getting back in shape and cleaning up because I let myself go.
Wanted to share my experience and advice for older men who are black pilled or younger men who are misinformed.
Some things I’ve accomplished in the last year that is thought to be impossible at my age.
Height:
I went from 5’5 to 5’6.
Did I grow taller? No
I had a horrible posture and fixed it with wall angels and stretches.
I know I’m still a short king, but it can be done.
Frame mogging:
I’ve been doing a lot of Mike Metzer/high intensity weight training and I am bulked up like a gorilla.
Partly because I have the genetics, but also because I have the muscle memory from doing it younger.
I’m 200lbs and I’m honestly starting to lean out more at this point.
Got rid of most my gut. Dropped my bmi from around 30-35 to 20ish.
Really hard to tell exactly because I’ve always been really stocky.
But, the point is I’ve bulked up a lot in the last year and it really wasn’t that hard. Lot of people say muscle growth can’t be done or is hard at my age.
Jaw line:
Been chewing a lot of gum in the last year and definitely seen an improvement in jaw line. Also doing neck exercises for turkey neck.
All of this has improved as i have leaned out and got better definition as well.
Simply losing weight can do wonders for your jawline.
I’ve been looking into this phenomenon where people are micro tapping their chins and cheeks and I’ve seen a lot of people say forget it after 20.
Well…
While your bones do stop growing around 20, that’s not how calcification works.
When you initiate micro fractures, you are essentially inducing calcification (bone spurs.)
Micro fractures don’t actually cause the jaw to become bigger as in it keeps growing as it would in a child.
You can also grow bone deposits with no problem in your 40s/50s if you are healthy, have good genetics, and drink lots of milk.
So I’m not here to say it definitely works
But the mechanism at play here still works well into your elderly years for some people.
I’m gonna try it myself.
Being self aware is a large part of this.
If you are in bad shape in your 50s, something like this could give you a bad infection and kill you quick if you are not careful.
Now, i will share some of my diet and supplements.
I’ve taken no steroids or hormones ever in my life.
I’m 100% natural.
My T is really good for my age and I’ve regulated it naturally.
I eat a lot of red meat. I drink a lot of green tea. Green tea has shown to raise T after long term use.
I take creatine 2 doses Dailey.
I drink cherry juice and cranberry juice daily.
I take a men’s daily multivitamin and hair, skin, nail gummies.
I recently started taking powdered collagen peptides. I mix the collagen powder into the protein powder by simply emptying one container to the other and shaking it up real good.
I’ve been intermittent fasting for over a year now.
I usually only eat once a day at the end of the day.
I’ve been sneaking in a few extra meals here and there for protein when I’m really focused on bulking.
I eat a lot of red meat, chicken, fish, and try to eat complex carbs like brown rice and potatoes. I stay away from bread and pasta as much as possible.
I eat all sorts of fresh and cooked veggies and fresh fruit.
I use real butter and stay away from seed oils.
I feel like I could make it another 48 years no problem.
I look at men my age and the vast majority of them are nowhere near my shape.
I went out to a rave club and danced for 5 hours straight a few weeks ago.
Some kids at the club thought I was 40.
So for you guys who are black pilled, don’t give up.
It’s never too late.
Hope this info can help and also hope I didn’t break any rules. This seems like a pretty cool group.
I’m not a professional or anything so use common sense if you take any of my advice.
What works for me might not work for everyone.
But I’ve come a long ways with my looks in the last year.
If anything I’ve defiantly lost some weight and improved my physique.
