I used to post on Instagram, and easily get 50-100 likes per picture with only 400-500 followers with no hashtags. Facebook I’d get roughly 20-40 per picture with around 1,000 friends.

Jump to 2019 - I can post maxed selfies that would have easily killed the game for me four years ago, that get MAAAAYBE 4-5 likes on Facebook, with roughly 2,000 friends.

Could be algorithm, but I chalk it up to this;

Women own the sexual market. I banged over 40 girls in my first 5 years of sex, and in the last 3 or so since, maybe 3. I’m red pilled as fuck, and I’m too based to not discuss it on my Facebook page. I have in my opinion made myself anti poon for being a fucking resalist. Women will happily choose a white knight a couple spots lower than me because they have more friends and are mindless consumer schmuck tards who are plugged in. How do you avoid Doomerism in this climate? Fucking insanity.

Tbh I don’t even look at most of the pics I like on Instagram.

I just scroll through my feed and I stop to look if I see something interesting or someone I know, and I like everything I see along the way. Just a habit.

Yeah I saw it. You look small tho, build some more muscle, like 10kg atleast. Every skinny guy thinks they eat alot, but usually thats not the truth. I was skinny ''hardgainer'' until I started marking down what I ate every day and realizing I was on a fucking caloric deficit most days. I'm 6'4 with fast metabolism, so if I could do it, so can you.

I definitely don't eat consistently enough. I get depressed, hard to stay consistent. I eat 3.5k for three days then literally like 800 for the fourth day and ruin it. This Fall my financial situation will be much better with a consistent diet as well.
