What percentage of the population is sub 5, lltn, mltn, hltn, lmtn, mmtn, etc.

Nobody knows. This forum can't even decide if ltn is PSL 3 or PSL4, nor they can decide if the average person is LTN or MTN.

speaking of SMV:
average moid - low mtn
average foid - high mtb ( htb with makeup on imo)
 
theres no agreed percentage, its very controversial and disputed here
