Height > Looks > Status/Money > Confidence/Game. that's the general hierarchy.

Of course, being extraordinary in any category can outweigh being average in a higher-ranked one. For example, a 10/10 in looks, an uber Chad, will outperform most guys in the 5'11"–6'2" height range as long as the chad is average height, just as someone over 6'3" will usually outperform a good-looking 7–8/10 Chadlite. Similarly, someone with a 10/10 game can outperform average-height guys (5'7"–5'10") even if he's just 5'6".

So, to answer your question directly, No, a 6'5" guy mtn is not getting outperformed by a 5'6" Chadlite unless the latter has truly exceptional status or game and the taller guy is completely lacking in those areas. But with all other factors being equal, height tends to dominate.
