This is hard to identify, but I would say she is most likely eastern Kenyan. Similar to the Omotic phenotype.
I wouldn't be surprised if she is Ethiopian, because Omotic people do fall under the Ethiopid phenotype anyways.

The only other guess I would have is that she is Arab or North African mixed with West African, probably Senegal to be specific. Ethiopians after all are mixed heavily with MENA people.
