Take a lot of zinc, animal fats and protein for growthmaxing. Don't use any blue screens 1h before bed and sleep at least 8 hours per night. You can try supplementing melatonin too. Try to stretch as much as possible and take up cycling or running. Intense sprints supposedly help bone growth. I swam all through my childhood and teenage years and it gave me a very wide back and large shoulders. My last growth was at 20, but I suspect I might have increased a little in size even after.

Also avoid snacking and possibly consider fasting by cutting out one meal from your day. IIRC insulin spikes when you eat, and insulin inhibits HGH creation. Also carbs and sugars do the same, so cut out as much sugars as you can and eat carbs before you do something physical like running, etc.

Yeah because injecting any amount of test will make you bald, so retarded lmfao, we haven’t even spoken about a dose yet.

It’s very easy to control aromatization, you can either take an AI like aromasin, or manipulate injection frequency to cause less aromatization due to more stable blood levels, although it might be smart to take a low dose AI alongside that if you really want to preserve your growth plates.
