The recovery was fine.
The enclo did its job very well.
2 weeks post rad-140 my genitals were back to normal.

I felt a lot weaker at the gym and that’s the main reason why i eventually stopped going. I knew i was gonna lose some of my gains although i was working out still, so i gave up.

I was also sad I couldn’t eat as much anymore.
4000 kcals a day wasnt rare for me, but now my metabolism has to accept my 1500kcal a day diet.
