- bonesmashed brow ridge and chin which gave me brain damage and lower iq
- bonesmashing just made the shape of my bones weird. its all bulbous and unaesthetic and asymmetrical
- got tmj from facepulling and chewing
- bonesmashing wrists damaged growth plates
- extreme estrogen levels from drinking too much milk closed my growth plates prematurely
- high cortisol which stunted bone development
- taking lethal doses of toxic supplements because of megadose memes
- rotting is decreasing my bone density and testosterone
- no motivation to moneymax

i think after expansion i dont need anything for my lower. because my upper teeth are already flared out. expansion would actually make it smaller.
