I told one of my friends to read this forum, because he was into improving appearance and after 2 days of reading he said he is fucked and will never have a girlfriend.
I talk with him and he is so paranoid and way more insecure on himself but crazy, he is crazy bad mentally now.

After this i realize how toxic this forum is and also how weak people is. More than looks people gotta build mental strength.
I think some poeple here exaggerate too much, and also many guys main problem to fuck from time to time is confidence, if you see urself like a shit, ofc things wont be good.
